I use clay for the whip because I feel the scilicon is too rubbery feeling when dried. I just don't care for it and I like to work with all clay! I pipe it like you would a real cupcake with a pastry tip and bag! I will try to do a tute for you soon! I am just backed up with custom orders right now. =)
