I had lots of sweets on my birthday! My dear co worker was so kind to make me a sugar free jello loaded with fresh fruits! It was amazing! I also went out to dinner with my sister and her husband and we had this delicious Okinawan sweet potato pie! It was topped with Haupia, a kind of Hawaiian coconut pudding and it sat on a ginger graham crust! We also couldn't resist the green tea shaved ice with sweet red beans and ice cream! I had to skip all the creamy stuff but it was still sooooooo good!
