I filled the tart crust with the apple and mango pieces, then poured the good stuff on top! Look closely and there's a pinch of cinnamon in there too!
I took a risk and sliced it before it fully dried just to see how it looks and I am happy with the results! Final steps to come soon. Yes they're not sweet enough yet!;)
